Attorney is Consultant on Intellectual Property Rights. Refer to Article 1(8) of Law No 15 Year 2001 concerning Marks and Article 1 (15) of Law No 19 Year 2002 concerning Copyrights.

Author

Author shall mean a person or a number of persons jointly who on inspiration creates a Work, based on the ability of thinking, imagination, adeptness, skills, or proficiency, translated into an individually specific form. Refer to Article 1 (2) of Law No 19 Year 2002 concerning Copyrights.
