- Actor
- Actor is the collective term used in the Copyright Law to describe actors, singers, musicians, dancers or any other person who performs a work of art, including music, drama, dance, literature recital, folklore, etc.

- Attorney is the term used in the IP laws to describe registered IP consultants.
- Announcement
- Announcement is the term used in the Copyright Law to describe any broadcast or exhibition of an artistic work. Broadcasting includes disseminating a work by the internet or electronic media, so long as the result is that the work can be read, heard or seen by other people.
